I had lodged my first complain in feb & being complaning since then regarding my car's ac not working and i called a lot of times. Your customer service representative assured me a callback and rectification within 24 to 48 hours but it's more than 3 months and i am facing major problem due to ac, as it is hot (Approx 45 degrees in delhi) now and it's its a punishment driving a car without ac. Now its covid 19 risk also as i have to keep my windows open, i have taken a subscription for 3 year's and you assured piece of mind if someone adopted your services but i am not sure that your promises are true. If you can't rectify my problem as per your promises than i would like if you terminate my subscription as it is a bad service practice from your side.
