[Resolved] Zoom Car — No refund - dl blacklisted | |||
I had booked for zoom car on 18th nov for a trip starting from 19th-nov 6 am to 20th-nov 10pm having booking id # jps6veb2t with payment of rs. 6600. They have given me call asking telling i have used same dl for two different ids. Upon my request they agreeed to cancel the old account and remove the same while retaining my current booking. After few miniutes of the conversation i received a mail telling "your driving license has been blacklisted and booking has been canceled".in the refund they have mentioned refundable is rs. 0. I tried reaching them multiple times since then and i unable to reach them at least to understand the reason. Looks like my number also has been blacklisted. Please help.
