My refund hasn't been initiated for my completed booking no jps6ny3bl.
It's now been over 2 months and no refund has been initiated even after numerous reminders and customer care calls.
The booking end date was 5th june, 2020 and yet it still shows as upcoming trips on the zoomcar app.
They have stopped responding to customer care calls now and had only been giving the excuse of covid19 hampering their operations.
While they were extremely prompt in taking the deposit, it's been apparently very tough on them to process my refund for the deposit.
