[Resolved] Zoom Car — No refunds | |
Total 3 refunds are still pending - jps6nd2xf, jps6ndqmr and jps6ns1ik which the total money comes to 15, 000 inr. The sla is breached for all the above bookings refund. We will file a fraud/420 case if this refunds are not processed by september 1st as this caused financial problem/loses. Worst customer experience i have witnessed by zoomcar.
