Zoom Car — no resolution complaints are getting closed with fake resolutions | |
No resolution complaints are getting closed with fake resolutions. Nobody contacts. No customer service, only recovery team will call and abuse. I took zoomcar for the first time on jan 10th 2020 and had a worst experience forever. My trip got ruined with this zoomcar with lot of technical problem and was given a very old car.
