[Resolved] Zoom Car — no response even from concerned authority | |||
No response from zoom car even after complaining in this platform... They are cheating customers... Complaint number: jps647xwb... Charged for damages which was not made by me... After i returned the car while the person over there was parking it.. He hit the car... And claimed that it will be charged on me because i didn't get submit the fleet... Same thing happened to me. Zoomcar's customer care is useless, they won't help you and will charge unnecessarily. They have their fraudulent system of looting customers. Don't pay anything. Relax, they will send emails after emails. Its you who can charge them for harassment & flase allegations.
