Zoom Car — no response from authority even after complaining | |||
Booking id-jps62nkwg A legal email was sent to me saying that i have used the vehicle in excess. I complained twice regarding the irrelevant charges levied on me. I want immediate response from zoomcar. On what grounds do they cheat their customers? I even called your customer care. They are saying that i have been charged for damages and they will contact me within 24 hours. First of all the vehicle (Car-ka51d9502) had multiple scratches and the rear view mirror on the driver side was damaged. After i returned it the personnel there told nothing about any damage. After some days i found out zoomcar deducted my security deposit and asking for damage charges upon that. Rather than threatening, have a good conversation with your customers. We can even press charges for extortion, harassment, false charges, etc. So explain to me why i was charged unnecessarily? I am waiting for your response. Was this information helpful? | |||
