Zoom Car — No status on Repair Refund

Hi, I booked a car on may May 25th and car broke down during my journey. I called Zoom car customer care and they asked me to get it repaired and refund will be processed after returning the car. I returned the car and all replaced parts and submitted bills. I have also uploaded images of repair when one of the executive called me and said there is no proof of repair. However since 26th may i am calling and talking one of the executive almost daily and getting a response it will be processed today but nothing is happening.
