[Resolved] Zoom Car — no vehicle available even after 2 hour

I have booked booked Swift for 6July 7.30 Am.
Booking ID JPS6B00C9

I am waiting at pickup point from last 2 hour. Member at pickup point are helpless since everything managed online.

I trying pathetic call customer care they keep passing time . 30 mins, 10 mins and 5 mins but no call back.

I am waiting heavy rain. My whole trip is ruined along with hotel booking.

Please componsate.

Updated by Kamalmansata Even after 30 more mins.
Booking time 7.30 AM, still no car alloted til 9.55 AM, more than 2.30 hour.

Still customer care every time promise call back in 5-10min .but no solution.

Hotel booking and whole day is getting waste.
