[Resolved] Zoom Car — non-payment of refund | |
Refund of my cancelled booking is pending since 28th' May 2020. Full refund amount shows up under refund processing page of Zoomcar but it hasn't taken any step further. I have called and written mails to Zoomcar infinite times. But every time I received same reply through some personal number of their employees stating, "you would get refund within a week, sorry for delay due to covid-19 situation. " Its been more than 75 days. Now my call doesn't connect, my mails aren't replied. This is not just a refund issue but mental harassment. Booking ID; JPS6N18OX The Refund amount is around Rs.20, 000. Zoomcar is running scams on different fronts. Zoomcar is the worst!! Was this information helpful? | |
