[Resolved]  Zoom Car — not able to end trip for me (bhairavi)

I am not able to lock the cycle. The niddle which needs to lock the cycle is not there. I am unable to lock cycle. As, this is my first trip. I couldn't found that the lock is damaged. Could you please help me in this?

I picked it up from gilmore orchid society. I am now trying to end the trip it says lock the cycle. But i am unable to lock it as it's niddle was already damaged. When i started the trip i didnt knew that it is damaged. Tht's why i started it.

This was my first day with zoom cycle. And i had a very bad experience. I will think twice before taking your cycle

I have tried the pedal cycle facility of zoomcar but i found my cycle was damaged, so I tried to end trip till 10 min. Nothing happens and they deducted my money but i tried again, the app was not responding properly . And after deducting my excess money it accepts the end trip. So I want my refund immediately.
