Hi team,

I have travelled using zoom car started on 30 may 2019 and ended 8 pm same day. I used vehicle no. Mh14gd4688 (Hyundai i20 elite) and i have paid total amount of 4604/-, out of which processed refund shows of rs. 3921/- which i have not received till date. It appears on the app that the refund is initiated, however i have not received it yet and cannot get hold of anyone to talk about this. Please advise and help.
