Zoom Car — not responding the queries

This is in reference with booking id jps6nyxot. Already tried so many times to reach out to zoomcar in order to get an update on the cancelled booking and its amount that has to be refunded and should be till now as per their policy but they are not even reverting back over my queries and it has been more than a month so far no money has been received. Booking id is jps6nyxot

So far, No one has come back to me for this request. Now i just can't understand why they don't just suspend their services untill they need time to resolve the old running issues? Like i saw many similar problems facing by others also, still they are not taking this seriously.

Seems like it is Zoomcar Company's general practice not to respond over the complaints with appropriate updates. I have seen so complaints mostly related to refunding the security amount not only amid this pandemic but also since 4 or 5 years back.

The unfortunate situation is there are no ways via we customers could take serious action against such breach of their own refund policies.

Before doing a booking, i got feedbacks like it is well known company but after experiencing such idiotic service and their response, i can definitely say that this company either should take their customers seriously or they should just close this company atleast future customers will be saved from them. Shameless people really.

I hope you can understand the refund amount is already delayed by more than 2 months.

Though, i have received response from your team 2 or teams only but everytime they have said same thing to me.

You mentioned it will take some more time, it means should i expect it to be processed by the next year only and not before that? The major problem is i even don't know the real reason why processing the refund amount could take this much of time? What are the exact policies you guys have for these type of issues?

It has been a while ago when i received an update from you and also its more than 4 months now that my refund is still pending.
