[Resolved] Zoom Car — outstanding amount for no reason | |||||
We booked a car, but it got wrecked in between our journey. Our whole trip got spoiled, we have to stand outside on the highway while raining for 3 hours. They promised to return the taxi amount too, but now instead of returning the amount they are imposing unethical charges on us. We used our car for half of the kilometeres only. Instead of returning the paid amount and the taxi amount, they are imposing a huge outstanding amount. Was this information helpful? | |||||
