[Resolved] Zoom Car — outstanding amount not clearing | |||
Hi, I took zoom car fro rent on 12-sep-2017, i travelled 20 km in city and tyre got punched (Because they are using stock tires it got busted in middle of road i struggled a lot to get tyre change in middle of airport road) i lost belief on car condition and returned back. Zoom car representatives said they will do inspection on tyres with refund my amount, after seeing my account i was shocked to see that there is another 1500 outstanding amount in my zoom car account. They didn't refund my amount (2225) and they are calling and asking me to pay balance amount (1500). I called so many time s and they are not responding. Zoom car is looting customer money. I was booked a pedl but now i want to end trip.I already locked it but now it showing lock your bike due to which i am unable to end my trip. I have submitted this cycle to stand.
