[Resolved]  Zoom Car — outstanding money

After my usage of zoomcar within 12 hr i got a mail that i have to pay an outstanding money due to the damage of vehicle. The amount is 10000 rs. There is no damage when i drop the vehicle and i sented the photos to their app. Then i call the customer servis the told me that the amount is due to damage of tail light. When i checked the amount of tail light in open market it is 2000 with gst but in their policy it show 6000rs what the fraud it is and it sgow the charged me extra 4000 rs. When i called them and shows the proof they remove the 4000rs... It show that they are making money from customers.
