Place: Pimple Saudagar, Pune Issue: While trying to make a booking on your website for September 06th, 2018 we were being charged twice. Please review a copy of the bank statement below. I did talk to Saif ( at Zoomcar customer support ) who advised I can share a copy of the statement to confirm it. Resolution: While I do not accept this behavior as I have a long relation with zoomcar, I request for a refund of Rs. 4716.00 which was overcharged. Note: My booking for September 6th is still on, I would like to continue with the booking so please do not cancel the booking. We are sorry for the trouble caused. We did have a check and see that the bank was unable to authenticate the transaction. Hence, the transaction was failed.
