Zoom Car — payment made - no transaction summary or payment confirmation | |||
I have booked a brezza for an emergancy trip and paid an amount of. However, i did not get any payment confirmation/phone calls to help with the details of the payment of rs. 29, 190. Despite having multiple calls with the sales team who keep asking me to complete my profile (Which i had completed on the same day). There is no updates on the payment made, my profile just says review in progress. I have used an alternative means of transport to travel. Hence, i have been writing to zoomcar (& zap car) on twitter, emails & tried reaching their office. None of the modes work. I am dissatisfied with the way i have been treated, i wish to get my full refund. Was this information helpful? | |||
