[Resolved]  Zoom Car — payment refund pending

I am writing this complaint on behalf of my brother (Manohar tarihalkar) with regards to refund pending with company.

The booking details given in the screenshot.
Registered number used while booking for car rental. [protected].

As per company customer executive the payment is initiated however it is not settled yet, it's been more than 10+ days.

Greetings!

Upon checking, we see that the refund is successfully withdrawn through the IMPS. Also, we see that our team has informed to share the bank statement. Hence, please share the bank statement through the contact us page for us to validate on the refund.
