[Resolved] Zoom Car — pedl broken and not ending trip. | |||
I booked a cycle 3219309 but i was unaware that it was broken i left the cycle exactly at the station where i unlocked it but it says lock the cycle with in a near by pedl station. Since the cycle is broken i am not able to ride it nor could i find any near by pedl stations in that area. Now there is excess of deduction in my zoomcar app and i did not even ride the cycle. I tried calling customer service but there was no response. Was this information helpful? | |||
