[Resolved]  Zoom Car — pedl cycle did not unlock

I have tried unlocking a pedl cycle in iit madras, and it didn't open, but the app showed the trip has begun and it is being charged continuously,.
I emailed the customer care, there is no response from there side and with time they are being charged.

The worst app ever seen and customer care is worse.
