[Resolved] Zoom Car — pedl cycle : unable to close the trip

I tried it all to close the trip and still unable to close it
Cycle no 102672

Location : anna nagar plaza, chennai

I have tried for more than 30 mins. Parked it in the pedl parking and returned
My trip has to end in 35th minute and am struggling for more than an hour
There is no phone number to reach to. This is frustrating!
I don't know where my bill will end for no mistake of mine!

I have complained and I get a same auromated mail every time! I have already lost 10rs and the meter is still ticking. I went now and tried to close and even now I get a message request timed out. The cycle is in the pedl stand for 4+ hours. There is no proper support. This looks like a cheat game by zoom car. People beware! How can someone so coolly put the customer in such mental agony? Isn't there a single person to attend to a costumer for 4 hours? Pathetic. I FEEL STUCK
