[Resolved] Zoom Car — pedl cycling | |||
This is extremely urgent. I started a trip on the number, [protected], Under the name of Sarosh Chopra, Cycle Number - 3240193. I did exactly what I''m supposed to do when starting a trip.I unlocked the cycle, parked it at a station and clicked on "End Trip". For 3 hours the trip did not end. When i got done with college and returned to the station to unlock a Cycle, my trip had not ended still. According to your unprofessional app, It states that if you leave a cycle at a station for more than 10 Mins, it automatically ends the trip for you. Contrary to this stupid message my trip did not end. I tried ending the trip again at least 10 Times, untill on the 11th time, I get a message saying that the station is full. What kind of service is this ? You guys have Horrible and I mean Horrible Customer Service and an Unresponsive and Pathetic User Experience Mobile Application.
