[Resolved] Zoom Car — pedl refund and damage | |||
I saw a cycle standing outside the pedl station i had to go to the pedl station so i unlocked the cycle eventually it turned out the cycle was in a horrible condition to be used so i locked out and left now i'm trying to end the trip but it won't let me end and it's calculating the fare without me even using it and there's no way i can register a complain or explain the situation on the app. I would like the company to resolve it for me Was this information helpful? | |||
