Zoom Car — pedl unfair charges

On december 30 i tried to book a bicycle near club rio i'm the casa rio compound
. I got msg that my trip has started but the bicycle lock did not open. I tried for about 15 minutes but no luck. I tried to end the trip but it does not end until bicycle is locked. How could i lock the bicycle when the lock never opened.

I sent an email immediately but was still charged rs. 10 the bicycle number was 101016

The next day i tried to book bicycle but got msg that i have pay another rs. 2 which was pending from 30 dec.

It is ridiculous. Will i ever get a reply. Will i ever be able to book a bicycle. Is there anyone here who actually reads emails???

Yesterday I was browsing through some complaints against PEDL.in a section of Zoomcar. I noticed that just like me a lot of people have faced same problem where the website claims trip started but the lock on bicycle not opening. So it is not a random occurrence and since so many people (i read about 40 complaints and then got tired) Zoom car is definitely aware of the problem and seems not to care for the fear the same thing will happen again.

I have stopped trying to book a bicycle. It is not the money loss that is discouraging. It is a minor amount. But the enthusiasm is gone. There seems to be no point going out and trying to book a bicycle only to come back home dejected because the bicycle lock does not open. And the worst part is that we cannot book the next bicycle parked there because according to Pedl.in we are on a trip. Yeah Right.!!!
