[Resolved] Zoom Car — Pending Refund issue | |||
On 14/6/2020 I had booked a self drive zoom car & it was a door delivery. The car was returned on the mentioned time & everything was fine. The only damn problem is "Refund" I have made n number of mails & calls but Zoom Car management seems to be so unfair & illiterate to customer's voice. I want my 2999/- refund back asap. & For heaven sake have a valid customer care number & support. The way your office personnel spoke about the refunds & customer service says about your company.
