[Resolved] Zoom Car — Pending Refund with Zoomcar | |||
Hi Team, please note that I have cancelled my trip with Zoomcar on 16th July 2020 with order id JPS6NSJS9, After following up with the customer care team..they told that within 1 month the refund amount will be processed. However it has been 45 days and I haven't received the refund amount till date. I have sent multiple emails and follow ups..However ended up with no response from the team. Hence requesting you to look into this issue and help me in getting the pending refund amount. Was this information helpful? | |||
