[Resolved] Zoom Car — pickup location shown at kukatpally jntu during booking and mail proof also but they have given me at far distance before 3 hours of pickup

I booked 5 days before and at that time they shown me Jntu Kukatpally as pickup point but on the date of booking time they sent me far distance from my location. I have mailed them for many times and even in Facebook also but they are not responding. Jntu Kukatpally is my pickup location and I am having proof of it in the form of mail. But the pickup location is far and when I ask them they are not responding correctly and not giving me any compensation

We did check the above issue and see that the booking is confirmed based on the inputs selected from your end. We see that an option was shown while making the booking that the exact pickup location would be within the radius. We regret we will not be able to compensate for the same.

At the time of registration mistakenly i uploaded my friend dl into my account. But now when i'm trying to re-upload my dl into my account. It's showing cannot reupload do. I want to get my friend dl out of my account and upload my DL.when i called zoomcar they r telling that it's in their policy once uploaded can't be removed.
