[Resolved]  Zoom Car — re-upload of driving licence

Hi,

I had used my friends DL while booking our last trip but my email ID and mobile number. Now that they have verified with his DL, I'm not able to change/re-upload my own DL.

Zoomcar customer care is saying that they can't change/delete already verified DL. Neither I'm able to create separate account as my mobile number has already been registered.

Do know what to do in this case. Not able to call zoomcar support directly to resolve this.
