Zoom Car — refund amount - company trying to cheat

Still waiting for refund amount after 2 months after trip. Every time sane reply from company sorry we are processing. Now even they stopped there option of speaking to customer care. I suspect company is going to be closed and are cheating customers by holding the refund amount. Even after multiple complaints and communication there’s no response to the delay in my refund amount after nearing 3 months post completion of trip.

Please let me know To whom and where i can send the case i want to file against zoomcar for cheating and fraud.
