Zoom Car — Refund amount is pending since 7 month from Zoomcar | |||||
Worst experience while booking car from Zoomcar as they have cheated me by keeping pickup location more then 60 km away from my home at lockdown period without informing. Due to which I have cancelled my booking as there is no option to change pickup location and Zoomcar have charged me cancellation fee for their mistake. Also it's been more then a 7 month now and I didn't received my refund amount till date. I have sent multiple mails to Zoomcar but there is no response.
