[Resolved] Zoom Car — refund amount not paid

I booked zoom car at hyderabad for 3 days returned it back on time but its been more than 1 month i didn't get my refund amount 2999. I have raised complaint but no back call from zoom cars, instead belaming my bank that they have paid it to them but bank didn't recieved any such amount from them. I provided my bank statement but of no use not resolved till date.

I had rented a car ID:JPS6B92NT on 17th July for a distance of 360 kms. I ended the trip on 359 kms. I have no idea why the outstanding amount is being charged. Please kindly consider this as a concern. I was charged Rs.216 before for a fault statement. I called the zoomcar, talked to them and then the amount was refunded.

Greetings!

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. We did have a check and see that the image of the odometer was not uploaded while filling start checklist. Hence, our system automatically took the reading. However, we have changed the odometer reading manually from the GPS and update the same and reversed the charges. once again, we are sorry for the trouble caused.
