Worst experience related to refund It has been almost a month and half since I cancelled book and still waiting for the refund money When I contacted back you already told me that 2-3 weeks buts way past above said time. You guys are completely making use of this covid reason to process refund guys please take customer service and refund process more serious as we already see many of this type of issues reported in review section this would be third time contacting you guys I've been following Request you guys to take it up and resolve Below is the booking screen shot attached Was this information helpful? | |
