Zoom Car — refund amount not received till now | |
I booked zoomcar on 17 jun and dropped same day booking id jps6bv6cd. Till now the refund amount is not deposited i called many times and mailed screenshot of bank status and zoomcar app screenshot no response from there side. Now calls also not getting connecting to customer care number it's a worst experience with zoomcar not even responding to customer complaints

We are sorry as you have not received the refund. Upon checking, we see that the refund is successfully settled in the account, we request you to wait till 1st August so that the refund shall reflect in the bank statement.
