Hi all, I had total 5 bookings from zoom car and they are supposed to refund the security amount and excess fuel charges. But its been more than a month and they are not doing any refund. Zoomcar customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Jul 16, 2020 Updated by Feby Jose Hi All, Till today the issue didnt get resolved and i have not received my refunds as well. Whenever i am calling the customer care they are telling within a week it will be credited. Its been 2 month since my first booking refund is pending . Can someone please look into this and do the needful.
