Zoom Car — Refund being stalled | |||||
I booked a zoomcar on the 15th of feb, 2020 for using the vehicle between 24th may 2020 till 27th may, 2020. My booking id is: jps6noaoi. I cancelled the booking on 25th april, 2020 as it was not sensible to travel because of corona virus situation followed by a lock-down. As per the company's message the refund of rs 15, 898.0 was supposed to reflect in my account by the 28th april, 2020. It has been more than 2 months and still i am chasing my refund which has not been credited till now. Every time i call up the company, they stall me by giving a lame excuse followed by a new deadline for refund which is not followed. Even tweeting their ceo never helped. This is highly unprofessional on zoomcar's front. I request you to take a very strong action against zoom car and please help me to get my refund. Was this information helpful? | |||||
