[Resolved] Zoom Car — refund declined | |
Hi team, I booked zoom car many times and had great experience. However, during my last booking on 3 nov, when i went to pick up the car (Automatic pickup), the car did not start due to no fuel. In a hurry to arrive at my plan location, i had no option but to leave the car unused and took another mode of travel. Zoom car customer care is never reachable. When contacted zoom car for refund of my booking, it was declined saying i have not reached out to them for debugging.
