Its been 2 months and I have not got my refund back.
Zoom Car has only cancelled my booking saying car met with an accident and they do not have any car at that time.
From then I am following up with them at least 70 times and have not got the proper and correct information about the refund.
Every time I get only excuses stating - your money will be back in 2 weeks, 1 week, 48 hours. etc etc.
According to zoom car policy money will be refunded back in 16-23 days but its been 2 and half month since then and no refund is happening.
Why to provide false information to the customer and not returning the money of the person?
IS THERE ANYTHING THAT THAT YOUR COMPANY IS LOYAL TO BECAUSE WHAT I CAN SEE IS THEY ARE NOT MEETING THEIR POLICY ONLY AND LEAVING THE CUSTOMER FRUSTRAED AND DISAPPOINTED instead Was this information helpful? |
