Hi, I cancelled a trip on the 3rd of june and am still awaiting my refund. My calls on their customer care number also don't go through anymore. I have been assured it'll happen in 5 days at least 4 or 5 times now and it still hasn't happened. The refund amount is rs. 2911. The booking id is jps6ny3cq Please look into this immediately.
