I have cancelled the trip on 14th April 2020, still now I haven’t received the refund from zoom car

These guys are withholding our money and taking advantage of interest. Their customer support is horrible and they don't care to update the customers. They made me wait for 2 hours before delivering my vehicle for a early morning trip, which did not go as planned, thanks to Zoomcar and their sleepy delivery agents, which I had to book twice. On top of that, they are not refunding my money for the same ride which they cancelled initially, due to whatever excuse they can find. No care for customer, please don't use customer care word in your systems @Zoomcar!
