Zoom Car — refund for cancelled booking

I have cancelled my booking on Mar 21, 2020 and haven't received my refund till date. Every-time I call customer care, they tell refund is initiated now and it will take 5 to 15 days. It been 37 days that I cancelled the booking and still refund is not initiated, very dissatisfied with the service.

We regret the disappointment caused. Upon checking, we see that the refund was initiated however, the refund has failed. Due to the lockdown, the booking has been frozen and we are unable to process any refund. We request you to kindly wait until the lockdown is over, we shall reinitiate the refund. Appreciate your patience and understanding in this regard.

Why this is being not looked into? This is 4th follow up I am doing. I am losing hope on the services.

I have cancelled the trip on 14th April 2020, still now I haven’t received the refund from zoom car
These guys are withholding our money and taking advantage of interest. Their customer support is horrible and they don't care to update the customers. They made me wait for 2 hours before delivering my vehicle for a early morning trip, which did not go as planned, thanks to Zoomcar and their sleepy delivery agents, which I had to book twice. On top of that, they are not refunding my money for the same ride which they cancelled initially, due to whatever excuse they can find. No care for customer, please don't use customer care word in your systems @Zoomcar!
