[Resolved] Zoom Car — Refund for cancelled car booking | |
Dear sir, With reference to my booking id jps6noxql in zoomcar. I have cancelled this booking on 31st march 2020 but the refund against this cancellation is in pending so far. I have raised the query regarding my refund so many times but there is no response from zoomcar even after multiple attempts. Zoom car holding my refund amount for more than three months without any valid reason and zoom car is not responding to customer also. How should i take this approach? For this delay, zoom car have no valid reason even as per zoom car policies and government guidelines during lockdown. Tamilnadu government already gave permission to run the company with at least 33 % of total employees. I want register a complaint against zoomcar, chennai.
