[Resolved] Zoom Car — Refund has not been processed from more than 2 months | |||
Hi, I have spoken to zoomcar representatives many times, and everytime i am getting different answer that, you will get the refund in two weeks, you will get refund in 48 hrs etc. Once they said you will recieve a link and after filling your account information you will be given refund instantly, but nothing has happened. It's been more than 2 months now and i am fed of service, zoomcar has given me. I spoken to mr. Pasha who has adviced me that i will get a refund within two weeks. And also adviced me to email you to get the written confirmation of it. I did write a email and i did not get any response. They are conning their loyal customers and i don't think i will be using their services ever again. Total amount of rs. 8868 is pending. Please refund it back. My booking id are.
