[Resolved] Zoom Car — Refund is not initiated from 40 days | |||
I had booked Tata hexa from[protected] to[protected] booking id JPS6NYQ8H. Refund Amount is RS. 7190 which is not yet refund. I had made another booking of Xuv 5OO id JPS6NYK2C.which I had cancelled and the amount is Rs. 13587 which also not refunded. I had called customer care regarding this mater. First it was informed at I would get the refund by[protected]. Later I was informed that I would get by[protected]. On the same day I was informed that I would get it by[protected].. but still I didn't receive the refund so I had called the customer care I got no response from customer care.
