Zoom Car — refund issue - jps6non98

My booking id is jps6non98, and the refund amount of rs.17451 is pending from the last two months. I have sent multiple emails to zoom car and they don't even bother to respond. Highly disappointed with this service, and if this continues, then i would most probably not use zoom car in the future. Kindly refund my money immediately.

I have been following up for my refund against booking number jps6non98 which was cancelled almost 6 months back now. Zoomcar is not responding. This is pathetic as my hard earned money is blocked by this group. Kindly refund my money immediately.
