My booking id is jps6non98, and the refund amount of rs.17451 is pending from the last two months. I have sent multiple emails to zoom car and they don't even bother to respond. Highly disappointed with this service, and if this continues, then i would most probably not use zoom car in the future. Kindly refund my money immediately. Was this information helpful? Zoomcar is not responding. This is pathetic as my hard earned money is blocked by this group. Kindly refund my money immediately.
