[Resolved]  Zoom Car — refund issue - rishwanth

I have not received my refund of rs.5700 from zoomcar from the last 2 months.
Their customer care is busy the whole day, no response for emails.
They only respond to tweets.

There are thousands of customers who are facing the same issue.

I'm ready to take any kind of legal action against the firm (Zoomcar).

Due to certain unforeseen situations, we are unable to process the refund for the booking as of now. However, we are already working on this and the refund will be processed at the earliest. We request your patience in the interim.

DO YOU WANT 3 months to solve your issues, people are not fools here to listen to what even you say.

I have 200% authority to know the exact reason behind this fraud you people are doing.

Leave your damn old school ### reasons and face us with your GENUINE reasons.

I have a list of around 200 CUSTOMERs refund issues with all their booking ID, soon will be fining an FIR against Zoomcar.

We definitely understand your concern here. Due to the unfortunate situation the services are limited, hence, there is a delay in processing the refund. We are working on alternate means so that we can process the refund. We will ensure the refund is initiated as soon as possible. Hopping for your kind understanding here.
