I am Lava Kumar Booked Zoom Car With Booking details: JPS6947E. As I raised a request stating that my booked car got a battery issue and I handover the car on the same day. And I got a refund on the same. But later on I received that there is a pending amount of 733/- for Fuel and my query is that why still there is a pending amount on my account when I tried to reach Customer care executives they say fuel refund and when I questioned about unused hours they kept the call on hold and disconnected the call. Facing this issue from 13/February /2022.
As there is no point to contact customer care so I was forced to write a complaint.
I can share the call recordings of all conversations happening with Customer care executives every time they put a call on hold and disconnect after 5 mins.. Was this information helpful? |
