[Resolved] Zoom Car — refund issues with zoomcar | |||||
Car was issued on 10am returned within 45mins b'coz of issues with break. Had a word with zoomcar executive they said lock the car and ride will be cancelled and refund will be initiated. But truth was no refund was initiated no trip got cancelled car not even reached 1km from the picked up area. Zoomcar did well, to give all the execuses to the customer and this # service.
