Zoom Car — refund not credited back | |||||
Hi Zoomcar are supposed to pay me back the sum of 5000/- that they got as security deposit from me towards my recent trip BOOKING ID # JPS62ZGDG. They claim in their website and on the phone call; that they have credited back the money however it haven't reached my account even after 21 days. They claimed the processing takes max 15 days to get it back however it is now 22nd day today. They are making false claim and cheating consumer on this false answers that the claim has been made. I was using Pedl first time. Bicycle no is. 100615. The bicycle that was available wad 101615. After scanning my trip got strted with bicycle no 1000615. Now I am not able to end trip. It keeps charging me. Please end my trip. Please call me on [protected] so that I can explain my situation.
