[Resolved] Zoom Car — refund not credited even after 1 month | |||
I had multiple bookings (3 bookings) during the period from may 27th till june 30th 2020. One successful booking and three cancellations due to unprecedented lockdown. Booking id's & refund amount - jps6n5cn9 - rs 2995 ; jps6npwzp - rs 999; jps6nykog - rs 8185 ;jps6nyqgi - rs. 1869. Reaching customer care is a nightmare over and above that if at you were able to connect with them the only answer i would get is 'there is a problem and we are planning to rectify and we shall credit back your amount in another two weeks. Its been a month now and still they are responding the same manner. Seriously i have my doubts on their future business model. Credit back my hard earned money.. This is illegal way of cashifying the amount and putting your customers in deep trouble. Was this information helpful? | |||
