[Resolved] Zoom Car — Refund not initiated by ZOOM CARS even after 45 days of my booking cancellation | |||
I had a booking with Zoom cars (Booking date;26/May/2020) and I cancelled the same on 19th May 2020. I paid Rs;6038/- for by booking and as per the cancellation policy Zoom car supposed to charge me Rs;200 as cancellation fee and the remaining amount of Rs;5838/- need to be initiated for refund. But its really disappointing that I didn't get the refund mount even after 45 days of my cancellation ! I have tried reaching the supporting team for many times over call and emails, but zoom car is not at all looking into it and they are not giving any singe response for our queries . Its really worst service I have ever seen and its evident from the internet & social media that Zoom cars are cheating many people like this without initiating refund payment. Zoom car team didn't come back even after raising this complaint also. Zoomcar customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
